I’m a current client. How can I check the status of my pending case?

If you have a petition or application pending with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), you can check your case status online:

1. Visit the USCIS Case Status page.

2. Enter your 13-digit receipt number (found on your USCIS receipt notice) in the search box.

   • Be sure to enter all characters as shown, without spaces.

3. Click "Check Status."

4. The page will refresh with the most recent update on your case.

How can I check current USCIS processing times?

You can check estimated USCIS processing times online:

1. Visit the USCIS Processing Times page.

2. Select your form type from the first dropdown menu.

3. Choose the USCIS office or service center handling your application from the second dropdown menu.

4. Click "Get Processing Time."

USCIS updates these estimates around the 15th of each month.
